The above and beyond service is so rare these days, it is refreshing and MUCH appreciated!
These people make good burgers and pumpkin spice shakes way better then any other fast food in the area
As all food is prepared as ordered, the Drive-Thru is usually quite backed up. With certain products taking upwards of 8 minutes to fry it can be a lengthy wait if you're looking for "fast food". If you do decide to dine in you will be eating at the cleanest restaurant in Rock Falls. Culver's also has an outside dining area for those Spring/Fall days when the weather is wonderful.
Now the burgers are 5 star fir sure!
Would be 5 star but took one off for sub-par mashed potatoes and green beans.

Rock Falls Culver's employees will greet you every time you come into the store AND when you leave. The food is very pricey but the quality and customer service makes it a worthwhile cost. Frozen Custard is a favorite and Culver's has a new Flavor of the Day every day on top of the base chocolate and vanilla. The cheese curds they make are my favorite menu item, especially with their ranch dressing.
I give your store 5 stars. Very polite associates, speedy service & very delicious food. I always enjoy stopping at your store for a meal, for these very reasons.
The Walleye is amazing and the pieces are huge. Pretty awesome for a fast food place! Better than most restaurants we've been in!
Culver's is a franchise fast food restaurant that makes all of your food to order. The quality of food that comes out of this store has always been impeccable for me.
Culver's in Rock Falls is one of my favorite places to eat. Whether it's dinner or just some Frozen Custard I find myself stopping in way too often.
The food was good as usual if you like Culver's. What made this five stars was the excellent service. Most Culver's have really good service but they were especially good at this location.
