The menu prices are very expensive for a fast food establishment. If you order anything that needs to be fried you are going to wait as Arby's will make all of your food to order. That having been said, I have never once had a bad meal at Arby's in Rock Falls. The sandwiches are always good, the curly fries are my favorite and desserts are excellent.
A little slow but chicken strips were fresh and crispy, shake was delicious and not too much ice in the water.

Arby's in Rock Falls is one of my favorite fast food franchises I dine at. The staff is always extremely friendly and the store is very clean. The sales employees have never tried to upsell me on product yet always offer extra sauces and napkins, which I find very rare in this era of cost cutting.
