They did an amazing job of saving our dog. They loved and cared for her just as much as we do! Without them seeing would have died. We can't thank them enough for all they've done!
Words can't express what this business and their people mean to me and my son they took care of our cat first and worried about payment later. You don't find kind caring and compassionate people anymore. Thank you to all the wonderful staff and vets.
They were great with my 3 pugs right up until my puppy got parvo. They waited a day to ecen test him or admit him. When he was finally admitted, we were not allowed to go see him while he was in the hospital. He died September 11th. On Friday Sept 15th I called to see when we would get him back and they said we wouldn't be getting him back because he went in a group cremation. I argued and told them we requested a private cremation. They said "oh, wait I found him, he's here and we will send him as soon as the fee for the cremation is paid." I paid it that day after work. They told me he would be back in a few days. On Sept 25th I still had not heard from so I called. Again I got the run around, and was finally told "oh he will be back 1st part of next week." On Oct 11th I finally call again after not hearing from them and got every excuse in the book and was basically told they didn't know where my dog was but they would call their company and call me back. Today, I call and one person tells me my puppy is still there in the freezer and hasn't been sent. When I lost it on her I was told "well the other option is you can come get him and deal with him yourself!" I told them I would absolutely come and get him and not to touch him until I get there. AT least then I would know it was my puppy. 45 minutes later I got a call saying he miraculously had been sent out to be cremated and was back and ready to be picked up. Ultimately, I got some ashes, however because of the run around I will never believe that they are even a little bit of my baby boy's ashes. Terrible organization, terrible customer service! Never again!

We took our dog in to be examined because we were worried he was sick. The staff was very nice, but Dr. Hainie was so rude! Our dog has severe anxiety she was so focused on that and bashing us for failing him and giving him a bad life that she could not even come up with a solution to examine him. I guess she thought his behavior was how he always acted all the time , even after I explained to her that this was his behavior on a few occasions if he is under sever anxiety. Certainly not how he spends his life. We asked to sedate him as soon as we walked in, so he would not be so stressed. She took that as we wanted an antibiotic for him and later scolded us again. We walked out after an hour or so, tired of being bashed and getting no where with her. If she thought there was a need for testing then she should had did what we asked when we walked in and sedated our dog. Instead she put him through an hour of unnecessary stress and scolded us for his behavior. Then says watch him and we can have him sedated to do tests if we want. She needs some serious people skills! She is rude and was completely useless. I already knew my dog had anxiety!
