It an ok place to shop . The groceries are not as expensive as in a couple of other stores,but everything is still expensive.the hope bags cost a$1,00more than usual you buy them&leave them there, but.these stores are getting too greedy. There is a nice big parking lot & it is made easy for people in wheelchairs/ easy access
Good stop for staples you might need in a hurry. Staff friendly & good sales jere.
Good place as a last minute trip when you don't want to go all the way to Sterling. They have some name brand items, but mostly generic stuff. The produce selection is decent.
Everybody I have spoken with agrees. Apparently "customer satisfaction" is a myth. I personally find I shop elsewhere now that the deli, and specifically the Chester's chicken portion is gone.. We used to tell people how great the deli chicken was and I know it brought in customers.
I still shop there occasionally and still like the employees but overall putting profits above people ultimately comes back to bite you. I think the pencilnecks that make the decisions for save_a_lot should be taken out and horsewhipped in the town square.
I love Save-A-lot! It is my go to store for groceries locally.
But far and away the worse thing they did was close the deli.
The people are great but ...the store often runs out product.
