Helpful staff they had the parts I needed IN STORE plus they were a few bucks cheaper
On this trip, I needed a splitter for the cigarette plug on my car to run all the electronics for my trip to Lexington. Staff member greeted me at the door, and walked me over to the section I needed. Offered to help me choose, but I prefer to make my choices alone.
On the way out, I asked if they had a binder clip I could have. Without hesitation, they went in the back and grabbed one. Free of charge, and with a smile. Things like that go a long way with me. (FYI, I used the clip to hold the wire for my GPS up so it's not hanging down in front of my dash)
Professional Customer Service needs to be rewarded to keep it going!
