customer service is poor. lack of enthusiasm is quite evident by at least one person behind the counter. salesmen are thorough and polite. not likely to return.

Lost the keys to our camper
Front desk person was very helpful but the owner was an arrogant, rude person who argued with us and was going to send our motorhome with us with the whole AC/Heat unit hanging out. Apparently he thought that was fixed.
